1. Virtual Goods

All purchases made on EliteMobb are for virtual items, services, or memberships used within the game.

These items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Are tied to the user account that purchased them

2. Refund Eligibility

Because purchases grant immediate access to digital content, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be granted in limited situations such as:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Technical errors during payment
  • Billing issues caused by system malfunction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with gameplay
  • Game balance changes
  • Account suspensions due to rule violations
  • Virtual items already consumed or used
  • Loss of progress during beta resets

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may result in:

  • Suspension of the associated account
  • Removal of purchased items
  • Permanent account termination

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback so issues can be resolved quickly.
