EliteMobb is a competitive strategy game with live chat, private messages, forums, crew boards, and support tickets. These rules apply everywhere you interact with other players. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, content removal, suspensions, or permanent bans.
1. Respectful Conduct
Competition is part of the game, but players must treat others with basic respect.
The following are not allowed:
- Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
- Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits
- Threats of violence or harm toward other players
- Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content directed at other players
- Doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent
2. Chat and Messaging
Live chat (global, crew, and private), inbox messages, forum posts, crew board threads, and support tickets must follow these standards:
- Keep language appropriate for a public game community
- Do not use messages to evade moderation (for example, deliberate misspellings of banned words)
- Do not impersonate staff, other players, or official game accounts
- Do not post content that is illegal, exploitative, or harmful to minors
Staff may delete messages, mute players, lock channels, or take other moderation action to enforce these rules. Players can report chat messages in-game and may open a support ticket for other concerns.
3. Content Filter
EliteMobb provides an optional personal content filter that masks configured words and phrases with asterisks in chat, messages, forums, crew boards, and support tickets. The filter is enabled by default for all accounts. You may turn it off at any time under Settings → Account if you prefer to see unfiltered text.
The filter only changes what you see on your screen. It does not change what other players see, and it does not make prohibited language acceptable. All community rules still apply regardless of your filter setting.
4. Exploits and Cheating
Players may not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Exploit bugs or glitches
- Abuse unintended game mechanics
- Attempt to manipulate the game economy
If you discover a bug, please report it rather than exploiting it.
5. Multiple Accounts
Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Examples include:
- Farming resources between accounts
- Bypassing cooldown systems
- Evading bans or restrictions
- Guest or alternate accounts used to trade or transfer value between players
Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended.
6. Real-Money Trading
Players may not buy, sell, or trade game accounts, items, in-game cash, or EM Points for real-world money outside the official EM Shop checkout.
The only authorized way to spend real money in EliteMobb is through the in-game EM Shop (processed by Stripe). Players may trade EM Points for in-game cash only through the official EM Points Market. All virtual items and EM Points remain the property of EliteMobb.
7. Advertising and Spam
Unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious links are not allowed in:
- Live chat (global, crew, or private)
- Forums
- Inbox messages
- Crew board posts
- Crew descriptions
- Player profiles
8. Administrator Authority
Game administrators and moderators reserve the right to:
- Remove or edit content
- Mute or suspend accounts
- Adjust game systems
- Reverse exploits
- Manage chat filter word lists and channel settings (slow mode, locks)
These actions may be taken to maintain fair gameplay and a safe community.
9. Reporting Issues
Players can report problems through:
- In-game chat message reports
- Support tickets (in-game or via email)
- The forums
- The Discord server
Provide as much detail as possible (player name, date/time, screenshots if available). False or abusive reports may themselves result in moderation action.
