Player Content
When you use chat, send messages, post on forums or crew boards, update your profile, or open support tickets, we store the text and related metadata (timestamps, recipients, reports) so the Service can operate and so staff can investigate abuse when reported.
Preferences
- Navigation and UI preferences stored on your character
- Chat content filter on/off setting (enabled by default; you may disable it in Settings)
Payment Information
Real-money purchases (EM Shop packs, EM Points bundles, and subscriptions) are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. EliteMobb does not store full payment card information. We may retain purchase records (product, amount, date, and account) to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and handle billing support.
2. How We Use Information
